Some New Year's Eve rockets and fountains whistle because of the way they are designed. The whistling sound is created by the rocket or fountain as it shoots into the air and releases gas or sparks. This design feature adds an element of excitement and anticipation to the fireworks display, as the whistling sound builds up to the moment when the fireworks explode in a burst of color. Additionally, the whistling sound can also help to capture the attention of the audience and create a festive atmosphere during the New Year's Eve celebration. **

These features make the bill more secure and help to protect against fraud. **

The woman on the new 20-dollar bill is Harriet Tubman, an African American abolitionist and political activist. She is known for her work in helping enslaved individuals escape to freedom through the Underground Railroad. Tubman also served as a spy for the Union during the Civil War and was an advocate for women's suffrage. Her legacy as a courageous and influential figure in American history makes her a fitting choice for the new 20-dollar bill. **
